Bed and Breakfast dai Nonni in Verona - your relaxing holidays in the city of love a few steps from the Arena!

Verona’s largest pedestrian street. Via Mazzini forms a direct connection between Piazza Brà and Piazza delle Erbe. It is not only the largest pedestrian street of Verona, but it is also one of the busiest streets and plenty of shops in the historic center of Verona.
You will continually see shops on both sides of the road, and large crowds of tourists walking from a window to another.
All major Italian fashion brands are represented here and offer their goods. If you're looking for the latest fashion in clothes, shoes and accessories, you will definitely find here what you are looking for. If you’re staying in Verona during the sales, you will have the chance to make big business.

Via Mazzini was lined with warehouses and barracks until the 19th century. The unfortified ground turned into a veritable mud field during rain showers until the City Government decided to secure the street and pave it with marble.
The paving was also the reason for the street’s rising fortunes, in fact the barracks and warehouses gave way to modern shops until the road reached its current appearance. The road was called "Via Mazzini" in 1907 in honor of the Italian philosopher and politician Giuseppe Mazzini (1805-1872), an important figure in the Italian Risorgimento.
